County Road 120

+- 154 acres just north of Marble Falls in southern Burnet County. There is roughly 100 feet of elevation change across the property with scenic long-range Hill Country views from the top of the mesa. Two wet weather creeks traverse the property creating a small floodplain area. Both creeks run into Backbone Creek.
